Objective: Refine User Product Experience through driven innovation
KR1: End-to-end seamless journeys for EN, RN, and NB
Define and implement seamless user journeys for three critical processes: EN (Endorsement), RN (Renewal), and NB (New Business).
Measure success by conducting user testing and collecting feedback to ensure a smooth, intuitive process with minimal friction.
KR2: Add 2 New Products (Full Motor - Motor Commercial, Medical)
Develop and integrate two new product offerings into the application: Full Motor (Motor Commercial) and Medical Insurance.
Track success by monitoring user engagement and adoption rates for these newly introduced products.
KR3: Add 2 New Insurers, including Madison
Establish partnerships and integrate two additional insurers, one of them being Madison, into the platform to expand the range of offerings available to users.
Measure success by monitoring the increase in available insurance options and the growth in the number of users engaging with these new insurers' products.
