Objective: Refine User Product Experience through driven innovation

KR1: End-to-end seamless journeys for EN, RN, and NB

  • Define and implement seamless user journeys for three critical processes: EN (Endorsement), RN (Renewal), and NB (New Business).

  • Measure success by conducting user testing and collecting feedback to ensure a smooth, intuitive process with minimal friction.

KR2: Add 2 New Products (Full Motor - Motor Commercial, Medical)

  • Develop and integrate two new product offerings into the application: Full Motor (Motor Commercial) and Medical Insurance.

  • Track success by monitoring user engagement and adoption rates for these newly introduced products.

KR3: Add 2 New Insurers, including Madison

  • Establish partnerships and integrate two additional insurers, one of them being Madison, into the platform to expand the range of offerings available to users.

  • Measure success by monitoring the increase in available insurance options and the growth in the number of users engaging with these new insurers' products.
